HOW DO I REQUEST A CONSIGNER/VENDOR PORTAL ACCOUNT?

BEFORE YOU CAN REQUEST A CONSIGNER/VENDOR PORTAL ACCOUNT YOU MUST READ OUR CONSIGNER/VENDOR AGREEMENT

Click on the image below and it will redirect you to the vendor request page. As soon as you request your account and it is approved you will be able to access your information whenever you want. You only have to request an account for set up purposes and afterwards you can just log in from our consigner portal page. 

 

 

 

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY CONSIGNER PORTAL?

The consigner portal button/link has been added to our main website MENU so you don't have to worry about bookmarking it or remembering the web address

 

WHAT DOES THE CONSIGNER PORTAL DO?

I want consigners to feel confident when they choose us to consign their items. Being transparent is just one of the ways we earn your trust in our business.

Our consigner portal allows our consigners to see their items and sales as they happen, review items that have sold, see list prices, view previous payout amounts and see the current balance of what we owe them

*please note that when we run promos/discounts I have to manually override the commission per item so if something looks incorrect please wait until month end as that is when I will manually correct any changes

 IMPORTANT - If you communicated that you prefer to be paid in 50% product credit the amount owed on the portal won't be correct. The portal only shows cash commissions paid at 40%.

 

DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO BE A CONSIGNER?

No. However, this will be the only way to view your commissions/balance owed for when you want to get paid. If you prefer to email me and request a balance I'm happy to provide it to you that way as well. 

  

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY?

The app does not currently offer a "request payment" button. You will have to email me when you want to cash out and I will send you an EMT (or Gift Card if that is what you chose when you signed your consigner/vendor agreement)

(Please note the minimum payout amount is $10 per EMT transaction)

WHEN I SIGNED MY CONSIGNER/VENDOR AGREEMENT I CHOSE TO BE PAID AT 40% COMMISSION BUT I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE TO 50% STORE CREDIT

You can request to change the way you earn money for your items at anytime but please note that your commission payout will not reflect changes until the following month

For example: If you request a change on November 4th and currently receive 40% in commission by EMT and would like to change to 50% store credit; your items sold in the month of November will still be paid as EMT. Then; on December 1st the change to 50% store credit will begin and continue unless you decide to change it again. 

This is a bit of a manual process on my end so I encourage vendors to consider this before making any changes
